1. Loading Control Antibodies
Loading control antibodies are widely used in WB to detect loading control protein expression level and ensure accuracy of experimental results by correcting the error during protein quantitation and sample loading. Besides, loading control can be used as blank control to detect protein transmembrane situation, the staining or ECL process of western blot.
FineTest provides a complete set of polyclonal and monoclonal loading control antibodies with high specificity and wide applications, which can be used in most qualitative, quantitative and localization analysis of proteins. We provide common and rare species loading control antibodies(e.g .human, mouse, rat etc) as well as custom services.
2. How to Choose Loading Control Antibodies?
2.1. Molecular Weight
For an obvious band effect, loading control protein needs to be at least 5 KD different from target protein.
2.2. Expression Position
Loading control proteins have different expression levels according to different cell organs. It also needs to consider sample type while choosing suitable loading control antibodies.

5. Tag Antibodies
Recombinant proteins usually own a type of tag after purification. Tag antibodies which can specifically recognize tagged recombinant protein are efficient research tools for recombinant protein expression. FineTest offers various tag antibodies which have been strictly validated in applications like WB, IP, IF, FC etc.
5.1. How to Choose Tag Antibodies
Tag antibody needs to be chosen based on the target recombinant proteins’ tag. And we recommend flag tagged protein for WB and Flag, HA or cMyc tag for IP.
- Choose tag antibodies according to proteins' tag;
- Recommend Protein with flag tag for WB;
- Recommend Protein with flag, HA or cMyc tag for IP
