Annexin V is the common reagent for detecting apoptosis. The probe is a calcium-dependent phospholipid binding protein with 35kDa. Specifically bind with phosphatidylserine(PS) in the cell membrane with high affinity.
The nuclear dye(PI/7-AAD) assists to conduct apoptosis detection, efficiently distinguishing early and late apoptosis.

Annexin V is the common reagent for detecting apoptosis. The probe is a calcium-dependent phospholipid binding protein with 35kDa. Specifically bind with phosphatidylserine(PS) in the cell membrane with high affinity.
AnnexinⅤ labeled with FITC or EGFP is used as fluorescence probe. Detect apoptosis with the flow cytometer or fluorescence microscope.

Validated Images
Flow cytometry analysis with Jurkat cells (1*10^6), treated(figure 1-2) or untreated(figure 3-4) with 5 μM camptothecin for 4 hours. Stained with FineTest reagents.
Jurkat cells (5x10) treated with 5 μM camptothecin for 4 hours. Detect with FineTest and other brand's kits. The grouping of our Annexin V Apoptosis Kit is more obvious.
