Immune Cell Culture Proteins

Immune Cell Culture Proteins

Immunocytes are immune response related cells or cells involved in immune response, including lymphocytes, dendritic cells(DC), monocyte-macrophages, granulocytes, NK cells etc. Various immunocytes play an important role in human body. Immune cell is also called leukocyte, including congenital lymphocytes, various phagocytes and lymphocytes capable of recognizing antigen and producing specific immune response etc.

T Cell Culture

T lymphocyte is known simply as T cell. Bone marrow derived lymphoid stem cells are differentiated in thymus gland, and after maturation they arrive to immune organs and tissues to play key roles in cellular immunity and immune regulation functions via lymphatic and blood circulation.

Cytokine-induced Killer(CIK) Cell Culture

CIK(cytokine-induced killer) is also called NK cell-like T lymphocyte, since CIK can co-express two membrane protein molecules CD3+ and CD56+ with advantages like strong T lymphocytes anti-tumor activity and non MHC-restricted tumor killing of NK cell. Thus, CIK cells are considered as the preferred new anti-tumor solution for adoptive cellular immunotherapy.

Natural Killer Cell Culture

Natural killer cells(NK) are derived from bone marrow lymphoid stem cells and important immunocytes in human body. They are related to anti-tumor, antiviral infection and immune regulation, and also involved in hypersensitivity and autoimmune diseases under some conditions. They can recognize the target cell and kill mediator.

Dendritic Cell Culture

Dendritic cells(DC) are the strongest antigen presenting cells in the body. They can efficiently capture, process and present antigens. Immature DC have stronger migration ability. Mature DC can efficiently activate naive T cells to initiate, regulate and maintain the core link of immune response.

B Cell Culture

B lymphocyte(also called B cell) are pluripotent stem cells derived from bone marrow. Mature B cells mainly resides in lymph nodes of peripheral cortex, spleen white and red pulp. Stimulated by antigens, B cells can be differentiated into plasma cells. Plasma cells can synthesize and secrete antibodies(immunoglobulin), mainly performing humoral immunity in human body.

Monocyte-macrophage Culture

Monocyte-macrophages are important immunocytes in human body, playing a key role in anti-infection, anti-tumor, antigen presentation, immune response initiation and immune regulation. They have wide hemopoietic activities and can also stimulate proliferation, differentiation, and functional activity of neutrophils, monocytes and macrophages. Their main applications are cancer chemotherapy, radiotherapy-induced granulocytopenia, allogeneic or autologous bone marrow transplantation, accelerated recovery of bone marrow function, and myelodysplastic syndromes etc.

Granulocyte Culture

Granulocytes are leukocytes containing specific granule in cytoplasm, including neutrophils, eosinophils and basophils. Most of granulocytes are neutrophils playing very important roles in non-specific cellular immune system of blood, such as chemotaxis, phagocytosis and germicidal efficacy etc. About 4,500 neutrophils are found in per microliter of blood. They’re capable of resisting microbial pathogens in the body. Especially for pyogenic bacteria invasion and inflammation, they’re attracted to the site of inflammation by chemotactic substances.
