01 | Labeled loading control:add HRP-conjugated loading control antibody during incubating secondary antibodies and follow normal steps. |
02 | Common loading control:When molecular weight differences between target protein and selected loading control protein is low, conduct incubation, staining and detection for target protein antibody first. Then, wash antibodies on the membrane with Strip buffer. Repeat incubation, staining and detection. |
03 | When molecular weight differences between target protein and selected loading control protein is high, pre-stain after membrane transfer. According to the size of protein marker, cut the membrane into two parts: high and low molecular weight. Separate the loading control protein from the target protein. |
