- Background
The hypersensitive ELISA substrate is developed based on luminol chemiluminescence, which is suitable for ELISA assay using HRP as the reactive enzyme for quantitative analysis.The substrate uses an improved enhancer system with a faster luminescent dynamic performance and a lower protein detection limit to meet the needs of high-throughput screening applications and diagnostic assays.With the addition of trace amounts of soluble HRP, the substrate can generate a detectable optical signal within 1 minute, thus saving up to 30min per detection.
- Note
1. The nozzle must be replaced in the suction process of liquid A and liquid B. The mutual contamination of liquid A and liquid B will lead to the gradual failure of liquid A or liquid B, which will affect the subsequent use effect.
2. After using each solution, please close the bottle cap to prevent failure.In particular, liquid B contains oxidant, which is easy to be reduced and ineffective.
3. Both liquid A and liquid B are harmful to human body. Please be careful when operating and pay attention to effective protection to avoid direct contact with human body or inhalation.
