The FineTest Lysis Buffer produced is a traditional rapid lyse solution for tissue cells.Protein samples obtained by Finetest Lysis Buffer can be used for ELISA.

This product can be used on animal, plant cell or tissue samples. The main components are 50mM Tris(pH7.2- 7.4), 0.9% NaCl, 0.1% SDS. When using this lysate, the user can add specific inhibitors or not according to the specific purpose.

Protein samples obtained by FineTest Lysis Buffer can use FineTest BCA protein assay kit (K001) to measure protein concentration.Due to the high concentration of detergent, the protein concentration of the sample obtained from the FineTest Lysis Buffer cannot be determined by Bradford method.

You need to bring your own PMSF. Add PMSF to a final concentration of 1mM a few minutes before use, or add the appropriate mixture of protease phosphatase inhibitors.

All steps for cracking samples are performed on ice or at 4℃.
