Nipah virus (NiV)

Nipah virus (NiV) is the zoonotic pathogen with the high mortality rate of 40%-75%. In recent years, Indian pandemic alerts global public health. Due to transmission risk across species and human-to-human transmission, accurate detection and target research are important for prevention. FineTest has developed recombinant Nipah Virus G/F protein and relevant ELISA kits via mature protein and monoclonal antibody development platform, providing one-stop accurate tools for basic research, clinical screening, vaccines and antibody drugs development.

Specific Antibodies: Key Targets Available

Nipah virus research focuses on accurate detection and functional analysis for key proteins. Our Nipah virus nucleoprotein/Fusion glycoprotein F0/Glycoprotein G antibodies are strictly validated for western blot, immunofluorescence(IF), immunohistochemistry(IHC) etc. Nucleoprotein antibody can target virus conserved antigen and help to study virus replication mechanism, suitable for localization and analysis of virus particle in infected cells. F0 antibody is against fusion precursor proteins, and can distinguish uncut F0 and activate F1 conformation. Real-time monitoring of membrane fusion dynamics and analysis for collaborative mechanism of F-G together with G protein are also supported, providing conformation optimization evidence for subunit vaccine design. G antibody specifically recognizes virus-attached glycoprotein, supporting receptor binding research and neutralizing antibody development.

Recombinant Proteins: Tools for Virus Localization, Accurate Recognition

NiV key pathogenic proteins are key targets of our ELISA kits. G protein plays an important role in binding between virus with host Ephrin-B2/B3 receptor, applicable for receptor binding research, neutralizing antibody screening and vaccine development. F protein mediates fusion between virus with host cell membrane, providing uncleaved F0 conformation and cleaved F1/F2 fragment during virus invasion. N protein is the important virus structural protein, and can be self-assembled as nucleocapsid like particles. It's applied in research on packaging mechanism of Viral RNA, and also used as basic materials for diagnostic antigen development and immunogenicity detection.

ELISA Kit: Rapid and Accurate, Highly-effective Detection for Antibodies and Antigens

For diagnosis and immune monitoring of Nipah virus, FineTest provides relevant ELISA kits to satisfy basic research and clinical detection of nucleoprotein and human anti- nucleoprotein IgG/IgM. Nucleoprotein ELISA kit is based on double antibody-sandwich detection method, and directly tests virus nucleoprotein in the sample. Linearity range covers pre-clinical animal models and monitoring of N protein concentration in infected cell culture supernatant in vitro. Viral titers of the vaccine can be also tested. In human anti- Nipah virus(Nucleoprotein) IgG ELISA kit, recombinant N protein is capture antigen, indirectly detecting specific IgG antibody in human serum. This ELISA kit is suitable for cross-sectional study of epidemiology and immune response evaluation for body fluid after vaccination. Human anti- Nipah virus(Nucleoprotein) IgM ELISA kit removes rheumatoid factor interference via IgM capture method. Window period covers 4-14 days after the onset, providing laboratory basis for port quarantine, close contacts tracing and rapid triage of clinical suspected cases.
